Colin started Delaney Landscaping In 2006 having gained experience abroad and in Ireland working in the landscaping industry. Colin takes a hands-on approach in the supervision of the various contracts. The business has grown steadily and now employs 15 people.
Mickey MaziluSite ForemanMickey has been with the company for 8 years now. His dedication and commitment to ensuring the quality of our works has seen him rise to site Foreman. Mickey has a broad range of skills and has overseen many large projects for Delaney Landscaping.
Tom is the company horticulturist having gained his qualifications through a degree from the Botanic Gardens. Tom is responsible for quality control in the selection of trees and shrubs. He selects the supplier based on the standards required for a given project. Tom supervises all planting and selects soil ameliorants based on the soil site conditions.
Chief Machine Operator
John has been with Delaney Landscaping for 5 years. He has operator tickets for all of the necessary machinery including excavators, dumpers, teleporters, lorries etc. His experience with machinery is invaluable, particularly in areas of restricted access.
Philip O Grady
Philip has been with the company for 8 years. He was site foreman and chief machine operator for 6 years. In recent times, Philip has moved into the maintenance team and looks after the contracts in the midlands area.
Grounds Maintenance Manager
John has been with the company for 8 years. He went home to Maldova for a 3 year period and returned in 2015. He now heads up the grounds maintenance team and looks after new contracts and operator training.
Accounts and Administration
Geraldine heads up accounts and administration. She organizes any necessary training and gives induction training to any new employees. Geraldine also plays a role in the management of the fleet of vehicles.
